Software called Google meet will help. This will be a video call. All you have to do is book an appointment. You will then receive a confirmation email. The email will include your date and a link to the video call. If you click on it at the time shown in the email, the video call will start.
The meeting will take 45 minutes. We try to discuss everything in detail during all this time. If it does not fit into the time frame, we will arrange another date to continue the meeting.
Not at all. Everything is designed to be used without IT knowledge. As soon as you book an appointment, you will receive an email with a link that will immediately connect you to the system for the call if you click on it when the consultation begins.
A confirmation email about the booking will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

We know that almost anything can intervene, so of course, the time can be reloaded. However, please only change the time in case of an emergency, as we work according to a calendar. If this does happen, just open the appointment confirmation email or reminder email, and you will find a change appointment link at the bottom of the letter.
By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the appointment booking interface. You do not have to enter your data again, you just select the right one from the available appointments, and you are ready.
Instead of canceling, we recommend that re-schedule your appointment. However, if you want to cancel completely, you just have to open the appointment confirmation email or reminder email. You will find a cancellation link at the bottom of the letter. By clicking on the link, you will already find yourself in the appointment cancellation interface, where you will only need one confirmation (one click) that you really want to cancel the appointment, and you are done.
